Welcome to Holistic Harmony Arts LLC. Please read this Wellness Services Disclaimer and Liability Waiver carefully before participating in any service, event, workshop, class, sound bath, Reiki session, membership program, coaching session, meditation, digital content, or wellness offering provided by Holistic Harmony Arts LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By participating in any service, event, or program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:tions.

Holistic Harmony Arts LLC provides wellness, educational, relaxation, mindfulness, and personal development services designed to support overall well-being.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Sound Baths
• Reiki Sessions
• Guided Meditation
• Breathwork Practices
• Energy Healing
• Wellness Coaching
• Educational Workshops
• Membership Programs
• Online Courses
• Digital Content
• Books and Journals

These services are complementary wellness practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, injury, or medical condition.

Our practitioners do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

Nothing on this website or within any service should be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical care.

Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.

I understand that participation in wellness services is voluntary.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for monitoring my own physical, emotional, and mental condition during participation.

I understand that experiences may vary from person to person and that no specific results are guaranteed.

I understand that sound baths may include the use of:

• Crystal Singing Bowls
• Tibetan Singing Bowls
• Tuning Forks
• Chimes
• Drums
• Vocal Toning
• Other Sound Healing Instruments

I acknowledge that sound experiences may affect individuals differently and may evoke physical sensations, emotional responses, relaxation, memories, or personal insights.

If at any time I experience discomfort, I understand that I may stop participation immediately.

I understand that Reiki and other energy-based practices are intended to support relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

I acknowledge that Reiki is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment and that practitioners do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or interfere with medical treatment plans.

For virtual events, I acknowledge that I am responsible for creating a safe and comfortable environment for my participation.

I understand that Holistic Harmony Arts LLC cannot control factors within my home or personal environment and assumes no responsibility for injuries or incidents occurring during virtual participation.

I understand that I should consult a healthcare professional before participating if I have concerns regarding:

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Significant hearing sensitivities
• Serious mental health conditions
• Pregnancy-related concerns
• Cardiovascular conditions
• Any medical condition that may be affected by relaxation practices, meditation, or sound exposure

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in wellness services provided by Holistic Harmony Arts LLC.

I accept full responsibility for my participation and any resulting outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge Holistic Harmony Arts LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in any service, event, program, session, workshop, membership, or digital offering.

This release applies to claims based on negligence, personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, or any other claim permitted by applicable law.

I understand that wellness outcomes vary among individuals.

Holistic Harmony Arts LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, or personal outcomes resulting from participation.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, I grant permission for photographs, screenshots, testimonials, reviews, or recordings taken during public events to be used for educational and promotional purposes.

Participants may request exclusion from promotional materials by notifying Holistic Harmony Arts LLC in advance.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
